I am a highly experienced and acclaimed chef with over 25 years experience. My career ranges from restaurant owner in New Orleans to the Executive Chef of the Mayfair Hotel in the groovy area of Coconut Grove, Miami, Florida. Looking for travel and adventure I then embarked on what would become a 10 year odyssey working on luxury motor yachts.
For the past 2 years I have been in Australia fulfilling my dream of setting up an exciting new restaurant in my hometown. With a strong team now in place I can now resume my world travels. I am looking to further my career on a world class yacht that expects only the best for the owner, guests and crew. I have extensive experience in the hotel business making the management of the complicated catering needs on a mega yacht my speciality.
